“ The people of mi bodeguita one are kind souls who treat you well and must be preparing the food with love because I felt the love! Absolutely loved the empanadas, croquettes, and I tried the ham pizza because I saw it on someone else's review. I would not think to get a pizza at a Cuban restaurant but it was surprisingly delicious :) It is a small personal size pan pizza. The only thing I wish I had more of was the green sauce that they give you to go along with the croquettes. The golden crisp of these empanadas does not lie! So delicious ”

“ I visited this place twice, during my stay in Sarasota. The food here is really good. We ordered the the traditional cuban sandwich. I was super excited to try this sandwich. It was completely loaded with the roast pork, ham, cheese mustard etc. The sandwich was good but at the end of every bite it felt it was getting a little dry. I would recommend to go with only the roast pork sandwich. Next we ordered the Tamale With Ropa Vieja which was very delicious. It it's served with some veggies and the veggies definitely complements the tamale and the meat. For appetizers we ordered, the Cuban chicken empanadas, Colombian chicken empanada, the fish croquets. The fish croquets were my overall favorite out of all the foods and I could definitely munch a bunch of them with the tartar sauce they provide. Some of the desserts we ordered were the guava and cheese puffs and the pudding. Though the pudding was on the harder side, it was still good and not too sweet. The coffees and espresso shots are very good as well. Overall great place to visit if you would like to explore a variety of Cuban food. ”

“ The traditional Cuban sandwich is out of this world, the croquetas are perfectly crispy, and the mamey shake is pure heaven. The other day, my coworkers and I tried their delivery service—expected in 40 minutes, but just 5 minutes later it was already on the way, fresh and perfect. Everything arrived super fast and with amazing quality. Highly recommended! ”

“ Best Cuban pizza I've ever had! It reminded me of my youth. The service was excellent, and the server went above and beyond by offering to make my son a lemonade, even though it wasn't on the menu. I highly recommend this place—it's a must-visit when you're in Sarasota! ”

“ Great food, tasty and legit Cuban food, generous portions, awesome customer service, very friendly and kind staff, been there three times now, every time I go I try something different and it keeps getting better and better, my family and I love the idea of having such a great Cuban Bodeguita in Sarasota, we used to go to Miami to eat Cuban pizza, today I tried theirs for the first time, AMAZING!!! And I don’t even want to talk about the pan con Bistek, I couldn’t even fit it in my mouth, everything was made on a timely matter, prepared with love, simply delicious, thank you for the cafecito cubano, it didn’t give me heartburn, it was spectacular as everything else, keep up the good work.
